Hi!

An Spanish player has reported a problem.

I post this here in his name because my English is (a little) better...

Playing the campaigns that begin on 62, 63 or 64, as the CSA, it seem he can't recruit any new Army HQ unit.
He receive the message on the log that "New HQ units had been added to the pool" but no HQ units appear on the recruitment screen for the whole duration of the scenarios.
On the April 61 it works OK.
He has reported this problem with both 1.08d and last 1.09 beta.

Has this been reported?? makes any sense??

Thanks a lot for checking it Gray!

The Spanish player reports the problem playing as the CSA and on the three later campaigns (62,63, 64). But for your check it seems USA is also affected.
I think the bug hasn't been noticed before because most of the AACW players play mostly the april 61 campaign...
