Manual:
E/R: Cycle through land Force’s. Simultaneously press [Ctrl] to skip units who are not moving.
I believe the effect of Ctrl stated correctly is:
E/R: Cycle through land Forces. Simultaneously press [Ctrl] to include units who are moving.
(also note: applies to T/Y as well; deletion of apostrophe for better English).
E/R: Cycle through land Force’s. Simultaneously press [Ctrl] to skip units who are not moving.
