bullets on force bases issue

Hello, congrat. for your great game that I enjoy a couple of weeks ago.
The base of forces on map have some bulets showing the number of units inside and supply state (color from green to red), I assume.
When playing (1.07e) South against North AI, is allright
When playing North against South AI, I see my bullets forces allways green, no matter how many supply they have, and I see colors in south forces showing his supply.
By filtering the map to supply view, I see what I think is the correct view of bullets, colors on my forces and green on all south forces.
Thus, only issue (apart some big surprises until I noticed) is that playing north, I can see supply state of south forces.
Am I right, or maybe i am losing something?
