division creation cost tracking

Division creation cost tracking is an issue for me as the dollar, manpower and WS costs are not automatically deducted as divisions are created (be nice if this were done like replacements and reinforcements). As it is, I must manually note the number of divisions I am creating so I don't overspend on replacements, reinforcements, industry, rail etc creation. If the costs cannot be automatically deducted, perhaps the information on how many I'm creating this turn could be displayed somewhere. At the moment, I go to an active leader who could form a division and the tooltip displays how many I'm building this turn. This does not always work as the division creation button gets greyed out for a variety of reasons and no reason at all(max divisions reached, inadequate resources etc and at least one bug which disappears next turn so I don't worry about it).
Could division creation automatically reduce $,manpower,WS? If not, could the tooltip on the greyed out division creation button indicate the number of divisions created this turn? Any display of the information would be fine but this tooltip may be most appropriate.

I have modified the tooltip so that in case of assets lack, the number of divisions being formed up is shown.
thanks

That was quick Pocus. How do you find time to read all these forum items, fix/ improve AACW and work on the new Napoleon game at the same time? You ever find time to leave the office?
Thanks.

In which patch is this modification available ?
I'm in trouble about divisions (but I'm an AACW beginner) because I haven't seen in the manual that you have to spend resources every turn for each of your divisions.
So in a CSA early 1861 campaign, I'm obtaining messages like : "Cette unité : Division T. Jackson n'est que partiellement opérationnelle car vous manquiez de ressources
pour payer le coût administratif".
I think it's because I have no War Supply / resources (WS?) left at the end of my turns. CSA seems lacking of this critical resource.

That is begining to be a problem yes. But in the Napoleon game, I'm not doing the interface integration, so this save me a lot of time.
And my home is my office, so the weird answer time you can see.

In the next only.
You don't pay each turn, but have to pay once. If you dry your resources AND spend what you will get next turn, then you can't pay the cost and it is still there waiting for you the next turn (and your leader still have the penalty). Don't overspend...
OK, just a lack of information for beginners

Thank you Pocus, I finally understood while playing and reading the forum.
And I also think that the game could avoid this small problem by making mandatory to spend the necessary resources immediately or by having an explicit explanation (one more line in the financial chart ?) in the game and the manual.

It would be very nice to have the division costs tracked in the ledger, along with all the other expenses/incomes that are scheduled to happen.
And while I'mon the subject; What I'd really like to (also) see, is a summary page in the ledger for all expenses/income, i.e. one that lists a line for each main areas, e.g. reinforcements, replacements, division building, financials, industrial, and then a total summary (like the one you see in most pages)
