2nd week of June 1861, Union has a free ballon (aircraft, not for playing soccer

Lol, this balloon appears alone at... Norfolk, who is in the Rebel's hands.
I'm affraid by this ballon will desepears quickly.
First time i've seen this, i discover it with the 1.14C.
Do i have to ask to the host player to send me the TRN file, if you want ?
