Tiny map mistakes in Canada

Upper Canada : the town of Toronto display "Quebec Fortress" and "Quebec Depot".
Lower Canada : the town of Quebec display "Toronto Depot"
...Yes i know i'm a pathological perfectionist
...but who's not here ?

Copy paste mix-up in the scenario setup file most likely

The problem is in the ENGStart.inc file. All of the scenarios will have to be regenerated after the inc is corrected.
