suggestion for Historical Scenario (not mod)

Hi
There are a number of historical mods already done, most I think deal with some obvious non accurate details in the vanilla scenarios, like the high rate of recruitment, or the mixed brigades (cavalry+inf+arty) when in fact brigades were almost always exclusively inf or cav, or many other details.

Now, what I am suggesting is, why not make an scenario as historically accurate as possible, including historical OOBs, using the same data base used by the vanilla scenarios? Instead of modifying the existing models and units, adding some new models and units to the existing database, so that the resulting Historical scenario does not need a separated instalation and could be included within the game and updated automatically with every new patch.

I was thinking about creating an entirely new scenario because I was thinking in some radical changes in the OOB and I assume it would be difficult to implement them in the vanilla scenarios and even potentially unbalancing. For instance, as you know most if not all infantry brigades were exclusively infantry units, not the mixed units we have in the game, changing that would require a modification of the Units XLs. If we add new units without changing the existing ones, and we make the new scenario to use only the new units we could test those radical changes in the new scenario without affecting the vanilla scenarios.
Alternatively, I can send you my suggestions for changes in the OOb along historical lines and you could see if they could be somehow implemented in the vanilla scenarios.
Edit: Thinking about it probably that would the best course, as an entirely new scenario is probably a bit too ambitious, sometimes I get carried by enthusiasm :)
