When i click on "embargo cotton" -3 morale shows up under my resources rather than +3. Which one is it?

And the opposite is true under commercial concessions. It says you will lose 5 morale, but appears to say I'm gaining them under resources.

It has always done that. The reason is that whatever it shows on that end of the screen is a debit, not a credit. So a debit of -3 is really a credit of 3.

A solution would be to have VP, NM and inflation show on that screen as well and have show all values at their 'planned balance' for the next turn, not just $, MP and WS.

I know the current system seems odd, but it isn't a bug.
