Alexandria - Port Tobacco is cleraly marked as a NORMAL connection

Seems ships do not block it.

Doubt is also double about patch being used 1.10 or 1.10a is not clear.

Do NORMAL links (i.e. the white ones) can not be blocked by river, just blue links????

In case Yes this is WAD or it is a BUG? (Or just a 1.10 failure now solved with 1.10 a/b...)
