Map display and XLS Database Inconsistencies

Hi,

I'm checking the map against a small program I wrote for adding units to regions. Currently I am double checking the program data which was generated from the XLS (v1.09) against the map.

The map shows Carbondale is in Susquenehanna region however the XLS (v1.09) database lists Carbondale as in Lackawanna, PA.

On the map, Toledo is shown to be in the Lucas region however the XLS doesn't have Toledo appearing anywhere in OH.

The two cities I mentioned do have structures in the game and are visible as cities on the map.
