Damage / destroy industrial capacity option

It's possible to to destroy depots and railroads, what about damaging or destroying industrial capacity?

From memory, capturing an enemy location destroy a bit of the war supply and ammo production.

Would it be possible to add a 'destroy war production' option next to destroy rail and depot? It can't be too hard to burn down an ammo factory :)
