Tiny map mistakes in Canada

Upper Canada : the town of Toronto display "Quebec Fortress" and "Quebec Depot".

Lower Canada : the town of Quebec display "Toronto Depot"

Copy paste mix-up in the scenario setup file most likely ;) :D

The problem is in the ENGStart.inc file. All of the scenarios will have to be regenerated after the inc is corrected.
