Bug with 11d?

Hello,
-When I click on the "political state button" the game map is getting colored but not the small one.
-When I am in political state view and I click on a city with a unit inside, the unit is correctly selected but the colors on the map disappear.

Note: I installed the d path without uninstalling and reinstalling everything.

I uninstalled everything, reinstalled and updated to 11d and the same thing happens.
