BOA for Widescreen Users

WIA is cool, but its sure made me want to play BOA.

On my system, BOA v 1.12d, BOA did not give you a widescreen message and regiment panel.

Well now IT DOES. It was a simple fix actually.

If there is any interest I will post the fix in the Modding Forum so all can enjoy.
