I am attempting to purchase through download. I completed the process, using my charge card, and received a congratulations screen and order number. Nothing happened and the instructions on how to download are in FRENCH. What's going on with that. Thinking I did something wrong I went through the process again so I think I purchased the thing twice. Still no download. Either I am an idiot or this is just about the dumbest thing I have seen. Should I contact my credit card company to dispute and delete the charges? Am I screwed here? Why have the entire purchase process in English and the instructions for download in French. Unbelievable!

You probably did something wrong somewhere, because the whole download instructions are in English, as over a 1000 downloads from the US have seen

Have you received any email confirmation of your puchase, with your activation code ? If not, the purchase did not go through, hence the reason you cannot donwload (the website is handled by a different company from us and I suppose they revert to French when they face a problem... ).

It may occur sometimes that some credit card are refused or blacklisted. Anything like this ?

Thanks for responding. It can't be my card as it is just a good old american Master Card.
Am I to get an e-mail with a code that allows me to download? Honest to god, I clicked on "How to download" on the screen with my order # and it was in French.
Where, exactly can I find good instructions on how to purchase the game?
I have an order #. Does that mean anything?
Do I need to register an account before purchasing? That may be the problem.

Yes of course, this may be the cause: before ordering, you have to identify yourself, so open please open an account.

FYI, the game should go retail in the US within 10 days (check news at Strategy First) and is also available for download from Steam... it's not in my best business interest, but this should help you out in case you still face trouble
