Hi It's turn 2 of a Jan 1805 start as the French, and the Neuchatel Brigade is unable to be recruited, although the recruitment area centres on Geneve. Is it the date? Does it become available for recruitment once certain conditions are met? Any thoughts and comments on this subject would be welcome.
Sorry, we missed this one. There was a bug in seniority evaluation (actually it was an obscure feature where any corps commander would be considered more senior than any non corps commander). The next patch will fixes that. Top work, sir. I know how busy you are with managing all the posts in all t...
O.K. bear with me, this is going to get complicated. It's January 1805, first turn. I go about my usual set up a ghost army at the coast, ready for when le Grande Armee marches east. I take Berthier out of the Grande Armee (being the most senior officer with 4 (S), not my usual choice; it'll all bec...
A good review. A bit cheeky mentioning Napoleon Total War's Peninsular DLC, when your own Peninsular campaign in NGC was far superior and included with the original game, if I remember correctly. I'm hoping you'll consider the Russian Campaign as well for future updates.
The Saxons were allied with the Prussians, both at war with me. The event 'switches sides' should have got them onto my side, but they went neutral, and refused me access, as described above.
Thanks, Orso. I will check it out. It's not that I have a problem taking screenshots, I can't understand why it won't let me upload them as a rar file.
I'm playing as the French (Jan 1805 start) and it's mid 1806, and I'm at war with Prussia and Saxony. Saxony has the 'switches sides' event, which leaves me unable to move through Saxony, and most of the Grande Armee is booted out into Austria, except a Corps that got booted northwards. Prussian tro...
Hi Pocus I've installed the patch, and created an army on turn 1with Murat (after detaching and removing corps status, and adding an army hq (in training)), and it creates 'Armee du Nord'. After turn resolution it turns into 'Grande Armee', even though Napoleon is in the same region with the Grande ...
I was playing as the French (Jan 1805 start), I created an Army HQ in Paris, attached Murat (on his own) to it. Turned it into an army, it became 'Grande Armee', and immediately all subordinate corps of the original 'Grande Armee' was transferred to him. Napoleon still had his original 'Grande Armee...
The error you get should be fixed in the January 5th patch, you are still with the December 21st one. Yes I realised this, I had put the wrong file up. It seem now that my saved games and logs are saving within the Matrix/Wars of Napoleon/NGC folder, whereas before, they were saving to My Documents...
