I wonder if the British are building up a force somewhere to surprise you or if this is going to be a walk in the park?

Hi loki100,

Great AAR loki100! What is your plan in regards to the Boston area in the future? Will you continue to hold your position? Abandon the city? Or perhaps launch an offensive of some kind?

The problem with PON is, apparently Ageod couldn't make up their mind what they want it to be: an operational or a grand strategy game. With weekly or monthly turns. Focus on military operations or on empire management. Either you have granular war-making and meaningless empire management (weekly t...

I see nothing wrong with 3200 turns or more personally. I love these games and the only time I don't like them is when they end, so why not have as many turns as possible. You can always quit at any point if you want.

But that's how history sometimes works. Such decisions are being and had been made on the green table. Also, think about it - that will be as far as I know the only goody for Belgium during the whole game. Regarding conferences: I guess, it would have been very cool, if the Philippes would have inc...

Great job capturing Bucharest so quickly. I think by doing this you have cut the head off the snake of Romania. Also by taking their major port they will be hurting bad. Good stuff!

The French and British suffered huge loses! Hopefully after you are able to transfer large forces from the East to the West you will be able to crush the forces that remain. I wonder how much The United States will contribute to the war? Very interesting.

I love the time period also. There is a lack of games out there that cover the 7 years war era. I hope one day that Ageod makes a PON style game during the 18th Century!

I think AGEOD will get this aspect right. Look at how Pride of Nations plays out compared to V2 etc. By 1920, you do end with a plausible world even if the human player(s) have altered the relative power balance and so on. But the big challenge will be to capture the pre-1813 mindset of a lack of c...

So say you are Great Britain and you wanted to try to have a period of peace with France to stock up your forces or whatever, that would not be a possibility?
