Playing as GB I have a Law & Decree: "opt_tile_cmn__money to CSC".

There is nothing else - no information or Selection of icon available.
Must be important to allies and self

Am in an MP pbem.

The last few turns has seen both Austria and Prussia leave the Allied Coalition. Players concerned have not asked for this or are able to reverse event.

Surely an MP game should allow the players to decide diplomacy. If not then what is the point in playing MP?

Am having trouble with patch in that d/l insists on creating another c/../programs(86)/Matrix which prevents me results in incorrect patch (21 Dec). Have tried deleting the additional folder and copying NGC files to no avail. Perhaps I should uninstall and reinstall. If I do this will latest Beta in...

Your efforts must truly be appreciated by all of us.

I well remember the PON multi pbem some years ago - think it was the first one shortly after release. Thanks to a few dedicated players it was made to function. I expect WON to be similar.
