In General.opt file, Log Batch section. I see that

// how many log lines should be written at once. Can slow down significatively the app & hosting if below 10.

instead of LogBatch = 10

As Royalist you should use the RGD break blockade to get more WS.
If you have control of Oxford then you will have there a structure that gives more WS.

Slitherine support team is analyzing this issue. During beta no one reported nothing similar. Be patient please I'm sure that we will find a solution. In theory this game should run faster as it has a small map compared to others.

Its a huge impact indeed, and not desired. This event sometimes is trully heavy, and its being difficult to tune it well. Have you tried the simple way or reloading the previous turn, as this event has a random variable and during my test I saw small armies going there? I recall that in my last game...

It is the declaration of lex tallionis, so he is in some way represented. As soldier he wasn't so relevant to be represented. Only most important leaders are, to avoid have more leaders than units.

En tu partida no he visto que tengas BM regulares, son milicianas y dejan incorporar batallones milicianos sin problemas.
Los regulares solo los puedes incluir en BM regulares.

El lugar de instalacion da lo mismo. Siempre que al instalar un parche lo hagas en el mismo sitio, con lo que sobreescribe todo y por tanto tienes la ultima version. Es facil saber si has instalado bien el parche, te lo dice al arrancar que version tienes.

Tienes 2 tipos de Brigadas, las que admiten milicianos, que luego se transformaran en regulares. Y las que admiten regulares, que no admiten milicianos, pero si milicianos transformados a regulares. En las BM hay un limite de 4 batallones de infanteria. Lo unico que se me ocurre es que estés intenta...
