Usually sea regions display a tool tip advising how many naval elements are required to blockade. Chowan's tooltip does not have blockading prose - Albermarle does. Is there a programing error?

After upgrading to 1.04, began to hear music!

Opened up options and lo and behold nearly every option setting had been changed to what I presume the defaults.

Aha, I think you've found it. In AACW, 6 lb artillery used models $mdl_USA_Art1 and $mdl_CSA_Art1 for the USA and CSA. IN CW2, they use $mdl_CMN_Art1Exp for the USA and $mdl_CMN_Art1 for the CSA. This is so that they can be captured and used by the other side. I'll bet if the events file is updated...
