Re: This game needs more attention!

Well, the project lead, Altaris, has his cup full but promised a patch within a few ... err weeks or months. What can boost the game popularity is modding in the meantime or regular players.

it's part of the common code base of the engine. It was added to WON and so PON got it. I have removed specifically for PON for the next patch.

it's more based on the type of the output than the nature of the structure. From memory, blockade don't have any effect on conscripts production.

Re: Lost 8 submarines during retreat ?!

recon is not totally random but weighted by the importance of the regions in range. For seas in FOW, you'll get a random region indeed. But if a sea is already showing some enemy activity, because you happen to have 1 detection, then the planes might go there also, so more details on the enemy ships.

I have to disagree with Cpt Orso, the factions have some scripted bias against each other in WON. Also a DOW is less probable if the target country is strong.

You can also tell yourself that somehow the Portuguese fancy the idea of taking Gibraltar from the British. Or a specific colony... Weirder conflicts happened in history, sometime for absurd causes (and no, Jenkin's ear don't count!)

Complex games don't have fully integrated editors, because such thing means covering with nice UI, buttons and safeguard each concept, variable, gamerule of the engine, so this is a tremendous effort. Indeed, one year full time would be required for AGE. See Paradox, they don't have an editor for th...

Good! That's done this way, because any region in national territory can propose the full national stockpile of merchandises to buyer, and we really don't want that allowed for distant regions, cut from the capital.

Not without a change of code that would affect everyone. You can discuss that with others people and it can be removed from PON if most people don't like that.

If you check the tooltip, it says that it might happen if the region is cut from the capital or if you control it but did not get it with a peace treaty. Does it apply here?

Re: decreasing war score

When a nation is at war with an 'organized major' nation and is not an organized major, you now lose 1 WS per turn. You should be able to offset that with victories and occupying territories, but you just can't wait for the war to ends by itself now.

This can only come either from an extraordinary straw of luck or a value badly set in the unit description, because there is no special code that gives a super bonus because you are a flatboat.

You should set aside the file general.opt before applying 1.04.3, The instructions should be clear about that.
