Hi Hrothgar,

I'm not sure this will work but try running the manual update from the D drive. Just a guess... good luck.

Thanks for posting, I see Money and War Supplies are a challenge even for the experts. LOL

I would be interested in the seeing how you prioritize things in The Production Center (F2 key). I believe I spend too much on Available Replacements; trying to keep everything up in strength.

If, as you say, can still 'resume' your game try hitting 'save' game ... I noticed a message with the path displays on the screen as it's saving the game. It disappears quickly.

edit; I see you reinstalled so might be too late.

Thanks Random, Yes I've been spending too much. I have the EP's but spent almost everything else on replacement chits. I was treating it the same as some other Ageod games and trying to max out the units. I'm glad to see this is different and presents it's own set of difficulties. I plan to read som...

Is using Regional Decisions for supply and money a proper strategy?

Hi Again, I am curious.... I'm playing the Bohemian Revolt scenario as HRE; about half way through and I've run out of Money and War supplies. The only thing left to do is use some regional decisions. I know this will cost me some loyalty but I'm reluctant to use them because they will also pillage ...

I often confuse the cyan unit bar with the light blue map bar. So I think my cohesion is low but in reality I lost a lot of men.

Not very important in big picture, I was hoping it could be changed with a quick RGB value adjustment. Thanks.

Just an idea... a potential cosmetic color change to unit panel bar graphs....

Hi Miguel, This could just be me but would it be better to have the unit icon bar graphs match the 'on map' bar graphs? (I had mentioned this on the RUS forum but there wasn't much interest.) I'm not sure how hard it would be to do or if it's worth the trouble. Anyway..... I'm just thinking out loud...

Could someone help identify the image on this book cover?

While I was searching for a book about the Thirty Years' War I came across this book. Turns out I have a painting of this image hanging for over 20 years... I always thought it was a Conquistador. :bonk:

Thanks!

Ok this is going to be a challenge for me...but in a good way. Supply, supply, supply. In many ways reminds me of WIA where NO ONE under my command was safe. (I wiped out 2 armies both under Horatio Gates in upstate NY blizzards). The game looks great IMHO and seems to be a nice addition to my Ageod...

I like the Ageod AI as well. Fortunately I'm not a great player. When beta testing RUS gold our fearless leader had to re-check things because I didn't do something... if I remember it was something like " that's not, not supposed to happen." He had to check that a series of event's still occur even...

Hi Everybody... Playing Union (1.06) and I'm not sure what to do after the Sam Houston event fires... I remember in earlier versions tryi...

Here are my 3... these are direct copies from above posts that I agree with: 1-AI being better in organizing its force – sometimes I see the AI is organizing a loose stacks without leaders or not organizing its army in to proper divisions, corps, and so on. 2- A more detailed ledger. especially sort...

If you order several regiments in one location and group them together under 1 tab does it slow up the building process? I often do this to clean up the map and the number of unit tabs. I'm not sure if I'm hurting things though.

It bothers me that people get so defensive about these games that they feel the need to talk about how good they are ("Overall still good stuff though and AGE remains my favorite system."). They're great games, period. I don't think that we need to be so defensive over any sort of criticism. Critic...
