Armies are a little easier using the same red tinted image from step 2 above... 1---resize to fit other RUS army images; it will probably blur a bit 2--- add a good amount of sharpness 3--- desaturate a little.. not as much as for the unit images... I like to add a little yellow to decrease the red ...

Hi all This is to answer a request from Nikel. step 1 --sharpen image (done before resizing; it may pixelate if you sharpen too much after shrinking it too fit frame.) step 2--- add red tint (also before resizing)... this helps create a consistant base from various images step 3--- Resize to fit RUS...

Yes it is an honor that my work is included in RUS and more portraits are coming... :)

I too ctd; usually after loading a save. the game crashes during AI processing.. I posted saves in tech support.

from the upper left envelope of Impulse general settings/ advance settings / folders [ATTACH]15505[/ATTACH] the fact that the error says 'access denied' it is probably tied to administrative rights... getting it out of the program files may help. I am not sure about window 7 but in vista you can rig...

1-- The tool tip in RUS it gives lots of info but when checking supply what does 'safe supply limit' mean? numbers hover around 500:confused:

So i have continued to hunt down the error in my games turn processing. I added the 1.02a .exe file in and the turn processed fine. Using the newest .exe i had my game options set at 'moderate delay' or whatever it is called on battle resolutions. (I like the tension of watching the battles) Under ...

Hi again... I was wondering if there is a way to display the various 'Army'/'Corp' as per Command Control/OOB? Would it be possible to have the hover tool tip display this info such as: [11 army attached to Ukrainian Front] this same info is displayed prior to attaching or unattaching a corp or army...

feb replacement exe

Hi SEPRUS, I swapped the rus exe files (102a original for FEB ) and noticed I had no enemy AI. Game turn goes staight to loading master file and then I watch my units move with no AI responce except for defensive battles. when I swapped back to the 102a exe AI is back. :) Sorry I deleted saves when ...

If the penalties show graphicly... (ie lower cohesion bar), that's fine I can plan accordingly; but I have not seen any changes and was wondering if something was going on behind the scenes that I'm not aware.
