Coolbean, you still need to change the colony name. Its not Lae but Papua that you want as a protectorate. Lae is the capital of New Guinea and Moresby is the capital of Papua.

FYI, the Kiel Canal issue is a problem from the start of the game. It had nothing to do with the completion of the Suez Canal. I have mentioned this several times going way back, so it is an old issue. Also, as I pointed out to Pocus a few days ago, hopefully we can get the ship construction problem...

I would definitely like to see a fix to the supply issue in regards to blockading ports and besieging forts/cities. Right now there is no effective way to actually starve out a beseiged force.

If the chance of dropping 10 NM in one turn is very low, then there is no problem in coding a cap on the number of dice rolls possible. Vezina is correct, the possibility of a big drop is present, so a limit to the amount it can drop in one turn is justified. Cap it at 10 NM points in one turn.

There are a few issues that I hope Pocus can look into and possibly fix... 1. The leaders Moltke and Roon have not appeared in the game so far and we are in 1868. At this point I don't really need them as a leader, although it would be nice, but more importantly their presence on the map is required...
