I could post a few screenshots over the weekend showing how to change objective points etc - it would involve downloading the DB and splitter programs.
But it seems you are asking for a simpler method.

Once I've finished making my current AJE scenario I'm actually going to play some AGEOD games for a while. RUS looks great - the first on my list.
Nice to see improvements are still being made.

I've had the same problem in AJE. A huge roman army stuck in a region for months with no obvious enemy. Nobody to attack. It's quite frustrating.

Pacific War

I thought it has been a while since I made a random post - came across this picture today and thought I would post it. Quite poignant - especially with the hot weather in the UK. I would love to see a decent game made of the Pacific War one day. War in the Pacific looks fantastic but would take me 1...

The first online game I played was Age of Empires. I remember being down to one last man and called for help. A few minutes later a ship appeared and a lady said to me to get in. I was wowed. My first experience in Dark Age of Camelot was another fine young lady taking me on a hunting expedition for...

Hi Philippe, I signed up at Slitherine as hobbesACW. Happy to take a look but I won't be able to do much due to AJE scenario. There are a few things I could check though - especially around coastal forts (spent ages trying to get that to work well but had to give up in the end).

What is the specification of the new computer?

Have fun :w00t:

It's a mid range Alienware. I'm hoping the standard build will make problems less likely. It's tiny! W7 (and quiet).
Very happy with it so far.

I always associate old peoples homes with music like Glenn Miller or maybe Elvis. It will be strange when they start resounding to Siouxsie and the Banshees and the Sex Pistols :)

Thanks folks! Glorious day here - and a bank holiday tomorrow. Perfect day for a birthday! I saw the clock hand tick over at midnight last night and did get the feeling that I had suddenly aged 10 years - but I'm over it now. Drunk and listening to Yes and the Clash on YouTube. P.S. I'm getting a co...

Well, Hobbes, at least you're not alone. That tornado storm that ripped through Moore, Oklahoma last week came through and knocked out my computer. My phone line took a direct hit from lightning and I ended up losing my modem, network card, and video card. There were pieces of copper wiring and pho...

My wife just called to tell me that the PC had turned itself off twice this morning when it was not even in use when it had been fine for the past two weeks. I give up! Decided to order a new PC. Glad you have somehow solved it Chris. God knows what might be wrong with your PC. An expert should check it once you have enough time and money as this is not normal behaviour. I don't think I have solved the problem Uros - after 3 years with this PC I just know it will crash again (you just get a...

I spoke to local PC repair guy when I first had this problem a few years ago in case he had anything in mind for a quick fix. He told me I probably had a 'flakey' motherboard (whatever that means). How can anyone resolve problems like these? There are so many possibilities. If NVIDIA or a games comp...
