Everyone imposes his own system as far as his army can reach...

Hi all, with the release date approaching at great speed, we have been very busy in the last weeks, so please forgive me to not have had the time to release more teasers about the game. Today, I will illustrate Uncle Joe's quote by talking about units which were emblematic of the Russian Revolution:...

The second tome of the "Mattéo" series of BD is about the Russian Revolution. The author is Gibrat; he always have interesting stories and his drawing is just wonderful. http://www.decitre.fr/gi/40/9782754801140FS.gif  Bought it yesterday, didn't have the time to read it yet. Cat

Voir ici: http://www.ageod-fo...

I think it is a great idea. Basically, from what I understand, it means that you cannot do everything in any one turn given your limited resources of absolute control. It would really add to the strategy as to decide not only what will happen, but what you are able to do immediately, but what you w...

And what about the huge changes in the political and economic system of Russia, will they be in the players hands? This would be very tricky to do, but there will be an option system, like in BoA2 and other game since: You will be able to spend Engagement Points to take decisions, that will have (m...

I love the look of the RUS map. It appears more similar to the hand-drawn style of the map for ACW than to PoN's map. My question about PoN's map has generated answers pointing out that hand-drawn maps have their limitations. Was the RUS map hand-drawn? Yes it is. :) Is it easy to modify then ? No ...

In AACW you need 22 days... :bonk: Yeah, but in those days, digging trenches, building up wooden fences with tree trunk, and reinforcing them by sand bags, plus placing a few canons and (luxury) a few gatling guns here and there, was already an efficient way of fortifying. Against the ww1 era artil...

Playing ACW I ever wondered why Engineers can speed up entrenchments and rail rebuild, but not the building of forts. Now, in RUS there will be space for fortifications? There will be, but it would not be possible to construct "real fortification" (i.e. concret bunker, etc...) just by spending some...

The advantage of this system is that if a player drop off from a PBEM, the game is not blocked: You can continue playing with one of the faction being managed by the AI until you find a replacement player (or not). :)
