yeah, losing of "cannon fooder" which militia is is way more prerable than to lose better units. even good tactic is to use them as "softener" - use them as first attackers for greatest reduction of combat power of enemy, even if it mean only coheresion loses...and then next turn atack with your mai...

well, ageod have polici to put if posible everthing to basic game and dlc will only bring new scenarios. they simply dont folow popular dlc way which new dlc bring "new" content which should be in basic game :) .

with city goal i think he meaned that city named xxxx mhave to be part of your empire - and there are only 3 ways how to get it by event (you need manualy to look at event files if you get it), get it in war by negotating and if it is unclaimed colony, by plaing colony cards declaring it protectorat...

yeah, i will love if rebelons were splited to two or more groups. ones - like natinalism revolts - will hapen allways (italian wars, civil war in japan..etc) , while others mostly unhapines based (some revolst in russia etc) will hapen only if hapiness is under certain limit in these regions.

jup, when building large armys ALLWAYS keep looking at your conscipts/officers reserves - since total recutment pools slowly goes up over time and when you double your army strenght you pay double recruits/offs upkeep so it is very posible to run even into sutuatin taht you will even klose some cons...

to fix 0 pop regions i allways wtite event which will add all needed pop there, but yes, som e adding/fixing of colonist card which will create 1+ pop on region they are played will be help.

Check the time Civilization V needs for a turn past a few turns, on a huge map. That's above 30 secs! Dont mention Civ 5 - on big maps for me turns were longer than on pon , and that game , need to say was much less enetertaining. ignore that and try it if it helps, if yes, then delete unneded misonary building somewhere (or another needed building), revert back to normal and then build as you like.
If it dosnt help then it means it is not building limit but problem lies somewhere else.

yes, but you have limits on all 3 specifick building - protectorates, colonys and dominions. So you can have x + y +z infulenced territories :)
and is nothing easier than to set extedned bulding limit to slip these limits or write even which add you more.
