The game is massive! Most of the decisions you make can affect you a lot. So careful play is important. I'm playing on AI bonuses and otherwise hard settings. Very nice job by ageod!

Kronstadt doesn't show the stationed navy

Pretty much the topic, but when I sent the Baltic Fleet as Russia to rest in Kornstadt after several turns of shore bombardement, I had to find the navy through the F1 menu.

Kronstadt doesn't show the garrison inside there either.

Manual errata? Or a bug?

2*-generals don't seem to be able to create armies. It says this in the manual: Procedure: To form an Army, select a 2 or 3 star leader within range of an Army Group plus any Units (including any Corps, Divisions and leaders) you want to include in the Armies, then select the “Create Army” Special O...

Commander of the Cenomanii Exercitus is locked after their army unlocks.

Hi I have noticed when fixed units inside a city are besieged that the unit does not seem to become "un-fixed". This can result in units besieging a city while units remain fixed inside the city and submit to starvation etc. I feel that even the most untrained units would try to break the siege rat...

I definitely want to see this game (and all AGEOD/Slitherine games for that matter) on Steam. The reach of this platform is simply mind-blowing. I came to know AGEOD through Steam, I speak of personal experience. :) Same here. I was browsing strategy games at random and came accros RoP. Since then,...

Hi, Searry. Iloaded your game and advanced a turn, with AI on. Some battles were fought, and the turn advanced without problems. I also do not find any obvious reason for your problems in the logs...I presume you have AI set to ON in options, of course. Anyhow, attached a saved game of next turn of...

I can't continue this Gaesatae-campaign game. Playing as Rome, the game seems to revert to the first turn each time the second turn is processed, and sometimes even asks if I want to make a Non-AI player into an AI one

Never had this problem in any other AGEOD game.

How will attrition from general warfare be modelled? The war wasn't full of big battles you know. Just normal stupid charges and counter charges accros the no man's land in quiet sectors also.

Looks like a very good scenario. I would probably try to create a powerful navy as quickly as possible by "extracting" money from the populace with ruthles methods. Then as Hannibal is crossing the alps, you could probably try to defeat or force the Roman navy to stay in a port while you ship suppli...

I guess this belongs to this thread:
Parthia cannot win a total victory, as when Armenia goes back to peace, Parthia cannot conquer their capital. So I guess Artaxata should be removed from the objective list if Armenia surrenders.

I'd say try to take Tzaritzyn only after you have multiple divisions with tanks. Otherwise the battles will just be too brutal for your elite elements and overall manpower.

Damn I wish this game had some more development put into it. Gold version please?

I'd love to see more Late Empire campaigns. Here's an idea: One player as all the different barbarian factions, two players as Western and Eastern Rome, if there is a timeframe when "barbarians" invaded both halfs at the same time. Also, for BOR, I'd love to see Alexanders campaigns and the Diadokho...
