Can you do these things in game?

1) Tell a unit to delay x days before moving

2) Not assult the region you are in but move to adjacent region and assult that instead (i think it will just auto assult the starting region before moving????).

Game option "Easy Supply" - how does this affect supply?

The game defaults to "easy supply" and the wording seems to imply that as long as you are in a friendly besieged structure you will always be in supply.

Does this mean that a region that is completely surrounded will still always be in supply?

No, this is real and I checked, is very substantial improvement over the initial versions theres nothing in the patch notes about speed improvements and don't SSDs improve disk access speeds and not processing your comments about "remarkable" speed improvements don't appear to be based on anything ...

if you move military units into the area i think you can then play the "military" colonial decisions which will at least increase your military control (a good thing) - and also increases chance of a revolt so you may get into a full blown fight not sure if combat units will still attack them if set...
