1.08 with Berto's weather patch is actually pretty good, certainly playable IMHO. Id like to see the changes but I can wait.

I do appreciate Ageod's support long after a game is released.

If you have set Attrition to "on for player" or "on for both", you must be at a depot to get replacements. Location of depots varies by scenario. 1775 does not start with a depot in NY city Rangers take Raider replacements. Watch out for correct faction. Couriers, Pirates, Natives also use Raider r...

Ranger Replacements

Does anyone know which type of replacements Rangers take? I lost one of two Ranger Companies in my Regiment and sent the Ranger back to a major city so it would get its lost company back. Some type of replacement brought the remaining company back to full strength but I didn't get the second Ranger ...

Now that you mention it I do see in the manual. Thanks for the explanation. :) It costs cash and some war supplies, and basically gives you a random chance to increase the output of general supply and ammo in a state. Usually not very helpful for the north, and I guess is a bit helpfull for the sou...

Getting to Fayetteville is the hard part- once you're there, Little Rock is a stroll away, comparatively. Remember that industrialization tends to use money while increasing your war supply production. If you lack for cash, industrialization (esp as Uniom) is the first thing to cut. I like to flood the shipping box with transports, which can give a nice amount of cash and/or WS every turn, depending on...

Siege guns do two things to accelerate a siege's progress. First, they have the little red icon showing that they add 1 siege point. Second, their power is quite high, almost 50; as a result, they add +1 to your siege strength (you get 1 siege strength for every 50 arty power). Plus, it has the lit...
