I'm glad to see some strategy discussion about the game and that this thread is still going. Though I hope that this doesn't turn into a flame war :bonk:

So far the crashes are much more infrequent, but they are still present, that is to say they are above normal. Crashes occur randomly but as the campaigns continue seem to become more likely until they occur once every 3 turns or so.

Well Salandra was able to land Italy in the Entente camp through a conspiracy worthy of a tinfoil hat wearer. Then you have to consider that it was widely known before the war that Italy was the most unreliable member of the Triple Alliance. The Italians hated Austria-Hungary, a hatred that only dee...

Im just bringing this up because it happened to me many times in a row, although only once did it raise my NM by 15 resulting in an instant Major Victory. What truly made me post this here was when a number of other people have mentioned this behavior, calling it a bug. :bonk: I specifically refer t...

the question is when........ This is a single bug, maybe just a quick hotfix? If it weren't a massive gamebreaking bug... :cursing: then it would be alright, but this is something that's pretty bad and I'm really hoping that we don't have to wait till the next RC or patch in order to stop our saves ...

I mean that there are two stacks that appear after Japanese enter the entente, their stances in the region Tsingtau are Blue/Blue.

Default stance and ROE is Blue/Orange

Japanese Forces investing Tsingtau start in B/B?

It seems strange that the Japanese force laying siege to Tsingtau starts off in Defensive/Defensive.

Just wanted to bring that up, shouldn't both the Japanese Army and the Naval Brigade start in the default posture of Defensive/Defend?

Also for me RC9 has been working much better, faster turnover, this bug isn't present IIRC, overall the game is smoother.

Is it possible to post a link to 1.10 RC9?

For now it is an excellent fallback for people playing Central Powers :bonk:

The Happening, French Army Style

I have gotten my first major victory ever a little while ago. It came from the entire French Army hurling itself at Festung Metz. At first I thought that this particular campaign the Western Entente decided decided that killing TWO entire Armies worth of units was worth going after German Royalty. H...

No that hasn't solved it, I really don't understand why this is happening since it doesn't occur in any other AGEOD game! :grr: I tried turning the smaller font option on and off, I did the cleartype text, calibrated it, then turned it off and it doesn't work either way. I'm willing to try anything ...

What I meant is that theres supposed to be some mechanic to keep troop numbers balanced between the different countries within the alliance. So that you don't build a British army that bigger than the French one. Supposedly units become more expensive when you exceed this force pool limit to prevent...

I have learned that the historical attrition is not that bad like you said, I think the much more difficult part is dealing with normal instead of easy supply.
