Re: New Game Topic

There is another project developed in parallel with the AGE engine, but not by the official Ageod team. We at Ageod are working with the new engine Archon, developed in-house by Slitherine developers and us. Subject is still undisclosed, but this will be a WEGO strategy game, rest assured :coeurs: ...

At the moment there are two pairs of two sides (1 each for each major conflict) So no chance for me to move Poland-Lithuania-Saxony out of the russian alliance madness and drive it to the reforms and own glory? I've just read the chapter on Oudenaarde in Winston Churchill's biography of Marlborough. This would be a fantastic era to have a war game on but how to model the cunning sudden night marches and feints? Anyway, I heartily recommend the book to anyone, and for those of you who are interested - Chur...

Of the AGEOD games I know, I think the 'To End all Wars' to have the better map. The best ageod map was Rise of Prussia one. I guess that for Spanish Succession War one would need only western Europe map ( say cut at Oder or Vistula) That could allow to increase number of regions – especially...

New Siltherine/Ageod engine

Hey, is it going to be operational or rather strategic game system? Is it going to be used for horse and musket warfare or rather panzer one? I keep my finger crossed for something that will fit XVII/XVIII/XIX century warfare. It would be great to play 1806 campaign or napoleon in russia or Blenheim...

Annexation is a long process using diplomacy. You can only annex neighboring regions. Orso mentioned that you can bring up diplomacy, switch to Prussia and form a peace treaty using Prussia and offering it to France. I haven't tried that, you might want to. Otherwise, claim neighboring regions, get...
