Thank you for quick answer ! Of Course I tried to move, but it only worked two regions to the north but not for example to Budapest, the same in Redeployment Phase, so I thought these Units might be fixed to the Balkan Front....

Playing Grand Campaign with A-H selecting Serbia as Mainfront (Koenig-Plan) in Dec 1914 there´s nothing left of the serbian army and I want to move GHQ and at least V. Army to the russian front.... how to do ?
