In our case, one player had Vista (me) and the other Windows XP. I am not sure about UAC, but I generally switch it off. Please continue checking into MP, this game is really worth it to play in MP. Max range example:

In the sceenshot I selected a detachment of the IXth Russian army. The only corps has 4 MP. But Tennenberg is highlighted (min 6MP away, I think) and Thorn also (min 5 MP, I think)

Do I miss something? Should not be the yellow range be max 4 MP?

It would be of great help, if you could especially check/remove the bug which prevents aus from resuming ANY saved multiplayer game for us and maybe for all others.

Did some others also tried to play multiplayer and had successfully resumed their saved games?
