I don;'t think the Tsar as very popular at this time anyway, was he? The only thing I would suggest, which would be simple, is an alternative where he goes into exile, instead of being killed. But otherwise, it does pose a problem regarding ahistorical developments, mainly, the need for a new monarc...

... Why not a Spanish Civil War game? Seeing what you've done with ACW, and what you're introducing with RUS, I think it's a great choice. And next year it will be 75th anniversary of its beggining, either. Both the spanish and English civil wars strike me as interesting options, especially with hi...

If you get an insufficient memory error, as it is your case, the first step is not to install on "C:\Program Files\Revolution under Siege\RUS\Saves\6-Poland19203\ but elsewhere, D: partition for example. Ok, will reinstall - though I thought this was only an issue on Vista and what ever they are us...

CTD's

Even on the new patch, I regulary get a CTD at the end of turn processing (day 15). It doesn't always happen, and reloading the quicksave will let me carry on beyond that, so it seems fairly random. Though this time, I did notice a message in the box before a critical error windows pops up. Inside t...

But what was their real effectiveness at such a low speed? At first during WW1 I guess it was more psychological effect than real firepower...? Dont know much however to make any comments. Osprey's 'Cambrai 1917' deals with WW1 tank tactics as they reached their maturity. Essentially, troops would ...

Were the Tanks of the time moved by trucks or trains between battles? In WW2 it was mainly trains i think? I believe in this era it was usually trains. The British tanks could have their guns unhinged and folded in, to make them more transportable. I don't think trucks of the time (or now even!) wo...

Well, to be frank, Paradox have rearranged there forums every 2 weeks since the new boards went up, which is annoying the hell out of me, and which seems rather a dumb idea. And I liked the idea of AGEOD having its own section there, as all (nearly!) are on the same engine, with the same style. If P...

How about tanks, which I also agree seem to move a bit too quickly. I am fairly sure in 1919 tanks were still doing 6-10mph at best.

No, it will have to be adjacent or in a structure ( supply depot, large city, etc). Only wagons can pull supply from afar, if a stack has troops without wagon, then it must be in or adjacent to a supply source. So, generally speaking, I should have supply depot 3 regions apart from each other, and ...

Attrition selection in options

Hi, In the options menu, where I can choose to set attrition levels, when I click on it, it instead changes the option on the left side (for convoys I believe), when I click on that box nothing happens at all. I hope it is clear what I mean! Also, is there perhaps another way I can change the attrit...

It should be OK, but what is your gfx card? How much video memory? Ok, I think it is some intergrated ATI Radeon thing, which usually gives me problems with games to be honest, though I am assuming that if RSU uses the same engine as ACW, it should be ok. And thanks for the really quick replies!

Will give the demo a spin!
