I would like to start a PBEM game. I can host if necessary, but am flexible.

I prefer to play Union. I live in Central time zone of U.S. and can usually make 2 turns a day (sometimes more on the weekends).

I had this issue during a couple of games, but I have always attributed it to a new division lacking the organization price or a leader not being activated. It is rare, but I would like to know if there are any other possible reasons it might happen.

I would have to agree with Daxil on this. The point system doesn't necessarily need reworking though. Slow is fine with me. Never played with historical attrition. Therefore I would prefer the Union as it gives me more room for error. I have also not played a PBEM game yet, but I can place a turn every time you do up to 7 a week. Let me know what the next step is.
