Salut,

Je suis en train de commencer une pbem sur WIA 1.08.
Mon collègue a la méme version.
Pourtant il semblerait que les unités fasse ce qu’elles veulent sans prendre en compte les instructions.
Est ce un pb connu ou une mauvaise manip des fichiers.

I have 3 fleet in the north american maritim trade box.
I can import only from cheasapeake trade area box.
the others (as for example new england) present nothing to import.
That s quite strange. How can i import from these trade area because i need coal?

Just an easy question : Why should i increase harbor level?
I play piemont and i increase genoa harbor to 12 but i can t see any effect.

In previous games it was poosible to create division, corps, with leaders.
Now divisions and corps are in units.
So what is the Divisionnary commandment option for? (in units options)

Hi I played a full campaign with Piemont. In 1857, in peace with other states, i had a defeat screen. What s wrong? I play piemont, and i have only 7 colonization options.
I cannot increase penetration more than 35% with these ones.
How can i get some more options?

It seems i do not have CB.
Strange i thought that as they own national land from piedmont a permanent CB was avaible.

I think i must create a cb manually.

Hi all, I want to know how to declare war. I know i need a casus belli but i m piedmont and i think i have a permanent CB versus austria. So first where may i see all casus belli i have. Then how can i declare war. (no possibility in diplomatic approach (i cannot find declare war option)). Thanks

I was playing red. In fact two events doesn t work :
Engage prisonners and Party members join the army.
And what about factory? The bug that make them impossible to complete is fixed?

I cant join the scriptreport file because it s too big.

Bonjours, Trois points: J'ai construit les usines vers 1918. Je suis en 1920 et elles sont toujours en construction. Est ce normal? Idem pour les usine de char. Mes avions ne font pas grand chose. Je les mets à une cases de mes batailles mais ils ne font rien. Ils font juste un peu de reconnaissance...
