Something to consider. Current options for Foriegn Entry are easy, normal, hard & disabled. What about an 'always happens' or enabled option? Move of capital / objective points

I've noticed that when a capital is moved the objective points for the two cities remian the same. Should the new capital have increased objective points and the old capital decreased objective points?

Mouse click on stack tab - centre map on stack

How about when the mouse is clicked on a stack tab, getting the map to re-centre back on the stack? Every now and again when scrolling around the map planning a move I lose track of where the stack is actually located and want to get back to it quickly.

Ownership flag on inland harbour regions

How about adding an ownership flag on inland harbour regions? Currently it is not possible to see from the map which side controls the region and harbour, the only way to determine ownership is via the cursor tooltip.

Note: V107b - haven't noticed it in v109 yet. Randomised stats for generals - from map screen generals stats show randomised values (e.g. 2,1,3) - in battle screen generals stats show default values (e.g. 3,1,1).
