soundoff he is right there are other political concessions you can make the area where it says total blockade it is right clickable just like the money and draft options however only total blockade gives you some money and a moral boost while the others take some moral and victory points away

Soundoff I would not really worry about him crossing if he doese cross he will have to worry about butler cutting off his retreat route and its late septimber there could be some snowy spots next turn if you have some luck, but if not there definatly will be some mud regions so i betting he is going...

Injun about your post on the regiments being disbanded and being put into others instead of replacements in history one side did it as you said i believe it was the north while the south just made completly new regiments and divisions, but i could have it the sides flipped cant remeber which one did...

when it says fog of war is removed in mid atlantic area it means the entire department if you go to the last filter above minimap it should show the different regions the purple one is mid atlantic

I am not worried about getting past Memphis it only bombards when the garrison is set to attack passing boats, i have never had Memphis bombard my ships or I bombard any passing fleet without first having the button to bombard passing fleets pushed, and thanks about making sure i have plenty of wago...

I am curiouse how much damage would a full division take if it trys to by pass island 10 say in a regular transport with maybe a couple of gunboats or a ironclad. Well make sure to keep a brigade in texas after you pacify it just in case the Yankees decide to make a naval invasion. However i just realized your probably playing athena so she probably will not do a naval invasion. But if it is a human opponent keep some small brigade to help defend the area

Having the AI on very hard makes the game turn into a sluggout i was the south they marhced from manassas with 60,000 men and took Richmond in one turn lol but that unlocked Lee on the very turn he arrives in september 61 the Ai and i were fighting it out in winter condionts with low cohesion it was...

here is a example. in the message log it say Nathen Bedford is now eligible for promotion. once you see that in the message log then you can promote him, if he is in a stack where he is not the highest ranked person then you will have to take him out of stack and click promote. hopefully this helps ...
