I've been trying Paradox games like CK2 and usually get lost when the tutorial don't go as planned.....Can you suggest an AGEOD game for an older gamer who isn't too bright?

Hi I'm an older gamer..just turned 65..I already have Montjoie...Is their another Ageod game that isn't to difficult to learn for a strategy game newbie? and of coarse being a little older might increase my dummy quotient.. :D I know a 200 page pdf manual would be a real challenge.any recommends?
