I think very few people actually fully understand the information displayed in the battle resolution screen. Trying to understand what has happened in an engagement is beyond the hope of most mortals.

Guys, Just checking out the 'Thunder at the Crossroads' scenario and noticed playing the Union that the 2nd Division of Second Corps has a divisional HQ unit. When units are locked, inactive, etc some sort of visual representation on the unit portrait would makes things a clearer and easier to spot.

An inactive leader could be greyed out. A locked unit could have a large gray lock graphic somewhere on the portrait etc, etc.

Hehe I can see the potential is there for a flame war but I dont think we're at that point yet :niark:

Dont get me wrong, I think the game is really good and I do enjoy playing it but its just those little things that I feel if done differently could make a great game even better.

Here's a concept... Remove the costs and checks for creating divisions, corps and armies. Let the player create these units at anytime. The limiting factor would be the generals you have available.
