Well, I can assure you cedega works fine in a 64bit environment. You're more than welcome to ask any questions if your still having trouble.

1.) First I had to --force -architecture the deb because they have no .deb for 64 bits. So I guess my drivers (the NVIDIA driver) are not working properly. This is true, but it's not a big deal because it still works just as well as it would on a 32bit system. You HAVE to install the nvidia driver ...

Here's my BoA config. Note that it's set at 1280x1024 window. You'll want to change it to something lower if your screen only goes up to 1280x1024. Also, Cedega takes your resolutions specified in your X config. So make sure you put in alternate resolutions (like 1152x864) in there if you want to ru...

I'm running linux completely now. There's definately a learning curve if you're coming from windows, but with distros like Ubuntu things are getting much easier. It took me about 4 months to adjust and become productive in linux after using microsoft since DOS 4.0. (I am a network admin tho...) Cede...

BoA in Linux

Not sure anyone cares here, but I got BoA working quite well in linux via Cedega. Now that I use Linux 90% of the time I can finally play BoA much more. :)

I see that 98% of the players use 1024 or 1280. But don't worry, you and your alien friends from outerspace, I'll send you the graphical elements for all resolutions from 1024 to 2048 as we decided. Actually, from the small sample gathered from this thread it looks like close to 20% of peopl...

1920x1200

I have to say I was in shock when the game loaded at this res. I thought it'd run fixed at 1024x768. Please support higher res' in future games, they will have more longevity as a result.

The game can run any resolution that your screen support, as the interface panels are anchored and/or centered relative to the 4 borders of the screen. They are not resized though, as this is a 2D artwork. Please keep doing this for future releases. I was sooooo upset when ascaron decided to downgr...

Yeah, it is a beast. It's an AMD x2 4800, Geforce 7800GTX and 2gb of ram. The best I was hoping was that the game would support 1600x1200. It was such a pleasant suprise to see the game take up the whole screen. The funny thing is that I only need all that power for 3dsmax, as I only play strategy g...

Initial Experience

Just felt like stating what all of you already know. It's so refreshing to purchase a digital download with no DRM. No hassles whatsoever. On top of that I was very worried that the game would not run well on my 1920x1200 laptop screen especially since I couldn't find any setting to adjust resolutio...
