WON worked fine (no crashes for me) prior to 1.01 and 1.011. Now crashes after only a couple of months and then cant reload save.

I think the feel of the map is spot on. Matching the map to the period is a huge part of the overall feeling of the game. Playing a 19th century game on a high-res 21st centruy image of the world (obivously edited to remove things not existing at that time) would take away from the feel of the game....

To understand the results you need to know- Were the 8 horses in the balloon unit real or were they "balloon horses" made by a southern sympathising clown. Also, that same clown could have outfitted the troops with "balloon weapons and armor"...have you seen some of the high tech weponry the average...
