Same here. No disbanding in January 1756, and new militias raised normally. Disbanding started in January 1757 and then regularly and randomly in January of other years. I'm now in 1777. Yes these #222 to #227 units are the ones I want to mod.
Looked around but I haven't found in the game files Autoraise for FRA 1755.

I'm ok with altering Autoraise if it's possible. Or any other solution that you'd kindly suggest :)

Hi
I want to stop militias disbanding for FRA.
Found the Units I want to mod in UNIT files.
But the line to edit doesn't seem to be in UNITS.
I think the rule could be in EVENTS or somewhere else.
If someone knows please tell me.

I looked at rivers & estuaries they all have StraitBlock=1, like Neva:
UID = 4256
Name = Neva_Mouth

StraitBlock = 1

Other sea provinces = 0

So is this the string that allows firing on passing ships ?

You don't really need to do that, I do it for performance. But it solves the issue of default installation. Adding a secondary drive on a laptop is a matter of minutes. Your computer model should be indicated in the back on a sticker or a plate: Product ID: xxxx It is a very good advice to not install the game at the default location. I install mines on my secondary drive. Since the game also installs files in Documents I also moved Documents to my secondary drive....

I want to have a backup in case anything goes wrong later on during my campaign.

So, if I copy the folder Backup1, I will have a "restore" point by pasting it into my scenario's subfolder if needed.
