Any downside to mixing nationalities?

Is there any issue with putting French corps in British Armies and vice versa?

Updating to the Beta patch allowed me to get further and removing the read-only attribute from the folder and running as administrator seems to allow me to run the game.

Thanks for the suggestion. Manually starting eaw.exe as administrator doesn’t seem to make any difference. I have tried on two different pc’s as well.

Really irritating. Guess I’m going to play strategic command world war one instead.
