i set it to administrator and it has worked i no longer have the popup and the ai seems to have activated, i only tested for the first few turns but everything was working okay, thank you so much for your help

at the end of every turn a popup tells me that the folder for my game scenario doesn't exist and would i like to create it, pressing yes does nothing and i have to pres no, also the ai doesn't activate even though it is checked in options, any help would be appreciated as i this is one of my favorit...
