How do you change the unit images? I'm guessing that it has something to do with coding in the files some how?

How do you change ingame unit icons to others in the files? Example the 83rd Samursky has icon of the Markov Officer Regiment and the Ukrainian militia on their first training session are considered conscripts and have the 83rd Samursky unit icon.
