Is it intended for the new version to change the game language to Russian, or did I do something wrong again?

Unfortunately doesn't work for me.
Game bugs out once you select "New Game" and crashes with infinite error messages once you select a scenario) all other buttons simply don't work).
Could it be a Win10 problem?
