Re: Battle system: FOG2 or AGEod?

This game truly is a work of genius Pocus. The concept of balancing culture and decadence, along with the different government types is unique among strategy games that I have played. It works both in terms of historical authenticity and as a very intriguing game mechanic. I feel like this game is ...

Re: Battle system: FOG2 or AGEod?

The Empires battle system is more informative and more transparent than previous games. I really like it. It forces you to take into consideration factors like army mix (skirmishers/infantry/cavalry), terrain, unit quality and also the generals' stats and abilities. It beats the Paradox battle syst...

BTW I don't know any WEGO games about WW2... It`s a pity.
My dream is WW2 game from AGEod with Grand Campaign in WON` style.
Another dream is a game from AGEod covering middle ages.

Please prove me wrong ... I'm really awaiting this game but one year WEGO ???? :bonk:  That's right. I`m sorry In the very beginning there was an idea of 3 years per turn. So be happy about 1 year :niark: I understand a huge length of the period (that`s why 1 year/turn) But I don`t understan...

Re: España 1936 1.02 Official Patch. Oct 2016

I meant that there was an error in the patch so that it would install in a different folder to where the game by default was installed. But you may change the folder. Yeah, I saw that and tried to find "right" folder without any success... Finally just copied patch folder to original one ...

Yes, Absolutely, but for old games! ??? Sorry, what do you mean ? I mean unit`s counters from old engine games can be replaced by other counters with modding. But new engine is about Giants Units at the moment and can be replaced only by other Giants Units because of the code. I am not IT-guy,... s...

Re: Activation and Leadership Penalties

Inadequately led Units suffer movement and combat penalties (from the manual). I assume this up to a maximum of 35%. My question is this. Do these two penalties stack together? For example does a poorly led stack that fails its activation roll incur a 35% combat and movement penalties? Or does it p...

Thank you, grimjaw Yeah, that's what I wanted to know. Eventually most conscript models will upgrade to regular line infantry (or cavalry), even without a leader with a training ability. Really? Re: Will Units only be Giants ? Or will AGEOD Style Units be an Option?

The chance that counters will be replaced is close to zero. At least because of the budget.
However, I hope that in future games AGEod will return to classic style.

Nevertheless, my +1 already put above.
Of course I`ll buy a new game for sure and do this in the first day

This is classic good looking style, traditional & recognizable for AGEod.
