I need to know any tips and general scheme to make to it work to full potential. I don't understand the supply ship idea use at all. I have been playing as South. I increased infrastructure and am getting more WS than needed, short on money. I guess I need help in managing that too.

What are the pros and cons of raiding and razing cities and depots? What would it do to raze your own ahead of enemy in territory that you can not hold?
